Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus anonymous usage statistics:

• ✦Orders — your name, email, shipping address and what you bought. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• ✦Partnership inquiries — the details you submit through the Advertise form.
• ✦The Loco List — your email address, if you subscribe.
• ✦Anonymous analytics — page views, referring site, device type and approximate city. We do not use cookies for analytics; visitors are counted with a daily-rotating, one-way hash that cannot identify you and is discarded daily.

How we use it

To fulfill and support your orders, reply to inquiries, send The Loco List if you opted in, and understand which pages and products people find useful. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for cross-site advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Upstash (database), and, where enabled, Resend (email notifications) and FormSubmit (form delivery). Videos are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. California residents and others may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing blocoeatz@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and customer-service purposes. Inquiry and subscriber data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Aggregated analytics contain no personal data.
